The Attention to Detail and Time Management items assesses a candidate’s ability to successfully produce thorough and accurate work in a timely manner.
The English Comprehension and Communication items evaluates a candidate’s verbal ability with the English language as well as competency in communicating ideas, meanings, and information through both spoken and written methods.
The Technical Support items assesses candidates’ ability to to set up, maintain, troubleshoot, and fix issues relating to computer hardware, software, and networks for a company’s staff or its customers.
